The Fernway Story
Fernway was founded in 2018 by David Van Vlierbergen, Liam O'Brien, and Christopher (Kit) Gallant—three friends who grew up together and were also the first people each other ever got high with. They launched sales in February 2021 and quickly became Massachusetts' fastest-growing vape brand.
The name comes from "fernweh," a German word meaning the longing for faraway places. It captures what they see as the spirit of cannabis—the feeling that drives exploration and helps you experience familiar things with fresh perspective.
